We are moving! After 16 years in South Pattaya Road we are now moving to a new office just 30 m off 3rd Road.Brand new decorated building and most important PARKING. That has been a big problem in South Pattaya Rd for many years now, many restrictions, lots of parking tickets....Look a the map above!

So now you moved to Pattaya- what you gonna do?

I was asked that question a few days ago by a customer who plans to buy a condo and to live in Pattaya for at least half of the year until he retires completely several years ahead.

Sport is always a recommendation, healthy especially when we are getting older, and most sports you can do in the company of other people and friends.

Pattaya is a great destination for golfers, in addition to the well known existing golf courses they are building several new ones, for example North of the Siam Country Club, in the Silver Lake area, and several more.

Fitness clubs are all over the place, from fancy and expensive ones to open air hard core ones without air cons.

Why not combine a day on the beach with aerobic at sunset?

Biking: I do this with my Stallions 150 cc "The Beast", lots of fun going around Mabprachan, Wat Yan, Khao Chee Chan and Silver Lake.

Most of the roads are in excellent condition and have even bicycle lanes. Riding bicycles has become extremely popular with many shops offering all types of bikes from entry level to high end for several thousands of foreign bucks!

Pattaya and the whole East Coast might be the best place for eating in the world: you can have all kinds of food, 24 hours, from street food to fine dining, and when you know where for unbeatable prices.

Last but not least: you can engage with charity projects, either directly or why not become a ROTARIAN?
