You don't need to listen to the weather report to know that the Rainy Season started already!
So I googled rainfall in Thailand and got some surprising statistics:
The rain fall in mm doubles and triples from April to May, then there is a decrease from June to August. September exceeds May and is the peak of the rainy season.
Surprised me a bit as I would have guessed differently but the figures are from the guys who do that as a job: https://www.thaizer.com/weather/when-is-the-rainy-season-in-thailand/
Anyway, writing this News Letter and looking out of the window: it is raining but not much, so viewing properties is possible and comfortable (not as hot as in April) and there are bargains and super deals available, lots of them.
