Hard times on the real estate market in Pattaya due to exchange rates for $, Pound and Euro.
That's the bad news...
....but these exchange rates bear opportunities as well.
In case the seller wants to re transfer money to Europe or America the strength of the Thai Baht will work in favor: more $ for the Baht!
Furthermore prices are still so low as the Chinese buyers have not made an impact on the secondary or re sale market yet: they buy into new projects off plan with established and trusted developers.
So for today we focus a bit more on "bargains" - don't worry, high end condos and houses will be dealt with next week.
