For the next few weeks I will do what no real estae agent should do: select properties she or he likes.
We are all different, otherwise everyone would drive around in a white car and ride a green motorbike like I do.
But I have been in the real estate business for 32 years now and I know that there is no "best" or "perfect" property: each customer has different requirements and the most important question an agent has to ask is WHY?
Is the customer looking for a holiday home, a house for his family, a rental investment or.....
Easy examples: if you have 2 kids and a dog a house would be the preferred property.
On the other hand if the children are grown up and you visit Pattaya a few times per year a condo might be the best choice.
Good rental investment is not rocket science!
We have been doing this for 20 years, many of our cutomers hand over the whole Property Management to us, either because they are not permanantely in Thailand or they just don't want to be bothered. We got our own team of handymen, our office takes care of all payments like electric, water, TV, internet.
Even in these difficult times we got properties with sitting tenants and good Return on Investments ROI
