As the traditionally longest and most important holiday in Thailand “Songkrahn” was canceled in April because of the Covid pandemic the Thai people – who usually don't get much of paid leave like Europeans for example – are compensated with a long weekend November 19^th - 23^rd.

I mentioned the pandemic at leat twice in New Letters:

the “Covid” song by the Rolling Stones “Living in a Ghost Town” (listen to it HERE) in NL 58 and in NL 55 I mentioned the speech of HM Queen Elizabeth II with the closing words “We'll meet again”, referring to her first radio address in 1939 and the song that accompanied soldiers leaving to fight in the wear. (listen to the Johnny Cash version HERE.

Then in April and May it was our all HOPE that life would go back to normal – today with the announcement of several vaccines we are SURE that we will overcome this crises!

We still “...don't know when” (from the song) but it will happen in the near future!

So let's get to Do IT Yourself: today you will find land plots and some houses that are run-down and in need of decoration but great deals. You buy the plots or houses and DIY or give us the job – we have been doing turn key projects at reasonable costs for 25 years. And there is NO hassle for the customer and not even a headache for us, we know what we are doing.
