Definitely an upmarket area with the highest priced off-plan project on the whole East Coast – Arom Wongamat! (call us for some good deals!)
What makes this area special is the direct beach access, there is no “Beach Road” you have to cross, therefore a lot quieter than Jomtien.
Among several nice beach front restaurants my favorites are
“Surf and Turf” and
“The Glass House Silver”, a branch of the famous Glass House Na Jomtien, now already operating for several years at the Zire Condo.
Don't forget the Pullman Pattaya with the well known Beach Club Restaurant or the Centara Grand Mirage or Cape Dara Hotels with beachfront dining – nice places for Sundays' hang outs or sun downers.
The nearby Naklua Road offers probably more than 100 restaurants and coffee shops, for example my all-time favorite
Nearly every visitor or resident of Pattaya knows Naklua Soi 33 with lots of restaurants (German, Italian and more) – on of my list of preferred places for dinner.
Shopping? Terminal 21 is just a few minutes walk away, since this mall opened the whole area was “upgraded” not only regarding attractiveness but price like as well.
